My unique intention and offering is that I can support you with a variety of practices and practical guidance the areas of the physical, energetic and spiritual (which are all interconnected). I teach an accessible essence of yoga, meditation, fitness and wellness in a compassionate and lighthearted approach that feels grounded, clear and applicable to your specific needs, schedule and lifestyle. As an active man in my 40's, I understand certain physical and energetic shifts and challenges can occur, but these can be addressed and improved with the correct approach.
I work with individuals, groups, classes as well as helping to facilitate longer retreats and diverse group events and workshops for luxury experiences that are part of travel, business retreats and other special events.
As embodied beings, we may be thriving in one area, but if another aspect of our lives feels misaligned or neglected, it can create a symptom of dis-ease, pain, stress, fatigue or just the sense that our lives are out of alignment. While there is a place for traditional medicine and psychology, many ailments, stresses or feelings that something needs to change, can often be improved through the timeless practices of mind-shifts, fitness, yoga, nutrition, breath-work, meditation, sleep and energy practices; and such will enhance the other areas of our lives.
My approach is flexible and designed to meet your specific needs.

Based upon your current situation, we can focus on one specific area, or create a sequential (non overwhelming) plan that priorities and integrates several aspects of well-being and works for your life, schedule and energy. I want to respect and adapt to where you are at, rather than trying to force you into my specifics. While I'm here to help, this will give you a sense of strength and insight you can take with you.
Getting Back To the Basics ​

In a world of information overload, long podcasts, conflicting "experts', it is easy to feel confused and defeated when trying to step back into health and total-person wellness. My approach is to help you get back to the fundamentals of well-being by simplifying your mindset, movement, mindfulness, energy/stress management and what goes into your body as the foundation for practical daily improvement that you can feel immediately.

We all have unique backgrounds, lives and priorities. I understand and respect this.
Modern life is demanding, often packed to the brim, and taking time to heal, enliven,get stronger and “fill our own cup” can seem like daunting task. Entering a packed gym or studio may seem intimidating, overwhelming or just unpleasant.
Working one on one or in small groups, often in the comfort of your own home or inspiring space, allows you to relax, open up and begin to reclaim your well being in a manner that builds trust, consistency and a pace that feels right for you. Convenient Zoom or Face Time calls can also help in situations distance or time doesn't allow us to meet.
I’ve been there and I know it can make one feel vulnerable asking for help, and so I want you to be comfortable and open. I am open to all ages and backgrounds. I make no judgments of your personal outlooks, because I know we are all trying to find our way.
