Getting to Know You

After an initial email, a short questionnaire will help me gather an idea of what you are specifically interested in working on. We can then follow up with a consultation to dive deeper into how I can best assist you on your road to greater well-being.

PRICING 

Once we explore what type  of frequency and time would best serve you or your business, or if attending a retreat or travel teaching, we can create a payment plan that supports your consistency and commitment.
